For the purpose of prevention, detection, suppression of offenses that create conditions for corruption, and corruption offenses, elimination of their consequences in the Chashniki District Executive Committee By order of the chairman of the district executive committee, a commission on counteraction was established Corruption.
The Commission in its activities is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated July 15, 2015 No. 305-Z "On Combating Corruption", by the Resolution of the Council Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 26, 2011 No. 1732 "On approval Model Regulations on the Anti-Corruption Commission", other acts legislation, as well as the Regulations on the Commission.
Main The tasks of the Commission are:
-accumulation information on violations of anti-corruption legislation committed employees of the district executive committee, as well as structural divisions of the district executive committee and subordinate organizations, including non-state organizations forms of ownership;
- generalization and analysis of the incoming, including from state bodies carrying out the fight against corruption, information about violations of anti-corruption legislation by employees of the district executive committee, its structural subdivisions and subordinate organizations;
-Timely identification of corruption risks and measures to neutralize them;
- Development and organization of anti-corruption measures in the district executive committee, its structural divisions and subordinate organizations, performance analysis measures taken;
-coordination activities of structural subdivisions of the district executive committee, subordinate organizations for implementation of anti-corruption measures;
-interaction with state bodies engaged in the fight against corruption, public associations and other anti-corruption organizations;
-consideration issues of prevention and settlement of conflicts of interest, as well as the introduction of relevant proposals to the chairman of the district executive committee;
-consideration issues of compliance with the rules of ethics of a civil servant.
- Consideration of measures taken to remedy the consequences corruption offenses and offenses that create conditions for corruption.
