According to Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities" dated July 1, 2011, the organization's response to an appeal or a decision to leave an appeal without consideration on the merits can be appealed to a higher organization - the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, located at: Vitebsk, Frunze Ave., 41a.

Weekly reception of citizens by district police inspectors of the Chashniksky District Department of Internal Affairs is carried out on Wednesdays:

district inspectors serving the cities of Chashniki and Novolukoml - from 17:00 to 20:00 in the Chashniki District Department of Internal Affairs (Chashniki, Oktyabrskaya St., 6) and at the police station in Novolukoml (Novolukoml, Energetikov St., d. 15), respectively;

district inspectors serving the countryside - from 10:00 to 13:00 at public law enforcement points (in the building of the village executive committee).

The temporary detention center (hereinafter referred to as the TDF) of the Chashniki District Department of Internal Affairs is located at the address: Chashniki, st. Oktyabrskaya, d.6. Telephone communication with the temporary detention center is carried out through the duty unit of the Chashniksky District Department of Internal Affairs by phone: 8-02133-4-10-02.

Receipt of packages to persons held in the TDF is carried out by the duty officer of the Chashniksky District Department of Internal Affairs together with the employee of the TDF on weekdays from 9.00 to 18.00. Transfers are not accepted on weekends and holidays.

Personal reception of close relatives of persons held in temporary detention facilities is carried out by the leadership of the District Department of Internal Affairs on the days of reception.
