The registry office, at the request of those entering into marriage, registers marriage in a solemn atmosphere on Sundays and holidays, field registration of marriage, registration of marriage according to an individual scenario in Russian and Belarusian, provides the service "Departure for registration of marriage to the venue of the celebration."

Responsibility for the organization of preliminary consultation, the reliability of information issued to citizens by employees of the registry office department, is borne by the head of the registry office department Popelkova Natalia Valerievna (tel. 8 (02133) 4-17-85). During his absence - the inspector of the registry office - Martinovich Alesya Pavlovna (tel. 8 (02133) 4-66-06).

If the applicant does not have the documents necessary for the implementation of administrative procedures, the registry office department requests the necessary information and documents on its own.
The preparation of certificates containing information from civil status records can be carried out on the basis of citizens' telephone applications with subsequent issuance to them in person.
