Historical note :

Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus is recruiting candidates for service in the internal affairs bodies for the positions of "policeman", "policeman-driver", "policeman-cynologist"
Men under the age of 25 are invited to serve in the internal affairs bodies, capable of fulfilling the tasks assigned to the internal affairs bodies in terms of their personal, moral and business qualities, state of health, level of education. The term of training in the training center is 6 months, those who served in the troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are provided with initial training at the place of work for 6 months.
Employees of the internal affairs bodies have a stable salary, there is a flexible system of bonuses and incentives for personnel.
Employees of the internal affairs bodies are entitled to pensions upon reaching the age of 45, taking into account the length of service in the service of 20 years or more.
Each employee of the internal affairs bodies during the calendar year, in accordance with the vacation schedule, is provided with the main vacation with the payment of a health improvement allowance in the amount of 2 salaries in cash and payment of the cost of travel to the place of the main vacation and back within the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
The duration of the main vacation for employees of the internal affairs bodies is set from 30 to 45 calendar days (depending on the length of service).
There is a mandatory state insurance of an employee at the expense of the republican budget against all kinds of risks.
Employees with at least 5 years of service are entitled to use a preferential loan for the construction (reconstruction) or purchase of housing for a period of 20 to 40 years, with a fee for using this loan in the amount of 5% per annum.
When hiring, there are a number of restrictions - citizens cannot be admitted to the internal affairs bodies:
- if they do not meet the above requirements;
- recognition of their incompetent or limited capacity by a court decision that has entered into force;
- refusal to undergo a special check or procedure for obtaining access to information constituting state secrets;
- if they have committed a crime before;
- refusal to submit a declaration of income and property;
- the presence of a disease confirmed by the conclusion of a medical institution that prevents him from performing his official duties.
