The main tasks of the financial department:

1. implementation of a unified state financial policy, implementation of regulation and management in the financial sphere of activity, coordination of activities in this area of ​​local government and self-government bodies of the Chashniksky district;

2. drafting the budget of the district, organizing work on the distribution of the financial resources of the district, carrying out, within its competence, measures for the timely and complete receipt of all revenues provided for in the budget of the district, the economical and targeted spending of budget funds, target budget and extra-budgetary funds created in accordance with with the law;

3. control over compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus in the field of budgetary and financial relations;

4. control over observance of the financial interests of the region.

PERSONAL RECEPTION

The head of the financial department carries out a personal reception of citizens, including individual entrepreneurs, their representatives, representatives of legal entities every third Tuesday of the month from 8.00 to 13.00, in office No. 6.

Pre-registration for a personal appointment is carried out personally in office No. 5, by phone (8-02133) 3-47-65, by written or electronic request.

Electronic appeals are submitted by sending to the email address fo.32900@minfin.gov.by .

Reception of citizens, individual entrepreneurs, representatives of legal entities with applications for administrative procedures is carried out:

Monday-Friday : from 8.00 to 17.00, lunch: from 13.00 to 14.00
