Article 25: The Law of the Republic of Belarus dated July 18, 2011 "On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities" provides for sending electronic applications to the email address of the Lepel MRO SCSE of the Republic of Belarus: Lepmro@sudexpert.gov.by

 The Lepel Interdistrict Department of the State Committee of Forensic Examinations of the Republic of Belarus started accepting applications from citizens and legal entities for contractual examinations to establish disputed kinship

In order to ensure accessibility for citizens and legal entities of services for the performance of examinations, increase the efficiency of forensic examinations, examinations (research) conducted on a paid basis, the Lepel Interdistrict Department, in Lepel, Beshenkovichi, Chashniki, began accepting applications citizens and legal entities to perform on a contractual basis expert examinations to establish disputed kinship.

We explain the algorithm for concluding contracts for the performance of examinations on a paid basis, depending on the consent of the participants in the examination.

I.                  The mother, the child and the alleged father agree to the examination:

On the appointed day, all the indicated persons appear. Bring your passport, copies of pages 30-33, the original birth certificate and its copy. Next, samples of the buccal epithelium (saliva) are taken. Upon completion of the examination, the conclusion of the examination is sent to the applicant at the address by registered mail.

II.              The mother does not agree to the examination, or the alleged father wishes to conduct an examination anonymously:

On the appointed day, the applicant appears. Bring your passport, copies of pages 30-33, two envelopes signed “Sample No. 1” and “Sample No. 2 (Child)”, which contain hygienic sticks with samples of the buccal epithelium (saliva) of the alleged father and child, respectively (sampling produced by the applicant himself after consultation with a specialist by phone 8-02132 4-17-41 (free of charge)). Upon completion of the examination, the conclusion of the examination, the applicant, upon presentation of an identity document, receives the conclusion of the examination against signature.

We draw the attention of interested parties to the expediency of obtaining consultations in the Lepel Interdistrict Department of the State Committee of Forensic Examinations of the Republic of Belarus at the stage of making a decision to perform an examination on a contractual basis of examination.
