Elena Kabzova was elected first secretary of the Vitebsk district committee of the public association "Belarusian Republican Youth Union".

Her candidacy was unanimously supported at the 16th plenum of the district organization of this public association. Elena is a native of Vitebsk, now lives in the Vitebsk district, in the agro-town of Novka. Previously, she worked at the Urozhai FSK, and also as a methodologist at the Vitebsk district center of culture and creativity. Taking up her duties, the first secretary emphasized that being a conductor of the implementation of state youth policy in the district is an honor and responsibility for her.

— The Youth Union has always united and is still uniting the most active and proactive people in its ranks, those who care about the present and future of their native Belarus, — the youth leader noted. — We will help young specialists adapt faster and prove themselves in their first jobs. The district committee will continue to pay special attention to the patriotic and moral-spiritual education of boys and girls.
