Taking into account the social significance of the state program for housing construction, in order to successfully complete the construction of multi-apartment residential facilities this year and the relevance of the issue of credit support for citizens who improve their living conditions, from 15.10.2020 Belarusbank resumes accepting new applications from citizens (loan applications) for issuing loans (to increase the size of credit lines under previously concluded agreements) using a subsidy for their repayment in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 04.07.2017 No. 240 "On state support of citizens in the construction (reconstruction) of residential premises", on housing construction projects to be commissioned in 2020.

A new procedure for formalizing the rules for organizing gambling has been approved in Belarus.
Instructions on the procedure registration of the rules for the organization and (or) conduct of gambling is approved Resolution No. 31 of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies of 2019 January 9, BelTA reports link to the National Legal Internet Portal.

ON THE DEVICE OF FENCING OF HOUSEHOLD PLOTS
In order to prevent injuries, ensure public safety and bring the territory of the central part of the city of Chashniki into proper aesthetic condition, the improvement commission, chaired by the Deputy Chairman of the Chashniki District Executive Committee, M.V. Papko, decided to gradually dismantle the fence that had become unusable and was in an inadequate aesthetic condition.
The architectural solution of the fencing of the personal plot is determined in agreement with the territorial bodies of architecture and urban planning. A sketch of the fence in any form with the main technical parameters (design, height, material, color) is submitted for approval. This requirement is given special attention when installing fences on the central streets of the city.
The following requirements are imposed on the device of fencing of the personal plot: the height of the fence is no more than 2 m, the degree of translucency is from 0% to 100% along the entire perimeter of the land plot (0% - blind shield; 100% - grouse net). Moreover, the height of the fence should be determined as the sum of the heights of all its structural elements and measured from ground level to the upper surface of the fence canvas. The dimensions of the erected fence should not exceed the established norms by more than 0.05 m.
