About the Commercial Register of the Republic of Belarus

In accordance with paragraph 24 of the Regulations on the Commercial Register of the Republic of Belarus, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 23.12.2014 No. 1227, trade entities are obliged to submit annually before April 1 to the relevant local executive and administrative body an application for amendments and (or) additions to the information included in the Trade Register of the Republic of Belarus, indicating information on retail, wholesale turnover for the previous financial year for each retail and wholesale trade facility, online store, for each form of retail trade carried out without (outside) retail facilities, wholesale trade without retail facilities. Information on turnover must be indicated in thousands of rubles.

By the Decree of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus dated 14.12.2016 No. 44, the Decree of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus dated 24.12.2014 No. 41 "On measures to implement the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated December 23, 2014 No. 1227" amended the application forms for making changes and (or) additions to the information included in the Trade Register of the Republic of Belarus, in terms of specifying information on the turnover in thousands of Belarusian rubles.

The forms of these applications are posted on the website of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade under the heading "Trade Register" (subheading "Application for inclusion").
