Medical care for the residents of the district is provided by the health care institution "Novolukoml Central District Hospital". The latest medical equipment, the use in practice of the latest achievements of domestic and foreign medicine, the professionalism and responsibility of employees allow the medical care system to be one of the best in the region and even in the Republic.

We are also pleased with the growing change. Our students and athletes have dozens of victories at the regional and republican levels.

This is facilitated by a wide network of differentiated education in the schools of the district: classes of advanced and advanced levels, gymnasium and specialized classes. There is a classical gymnasium in Chashniki.

On the basis of the SDUSHOR, gyms are open, which are an active place of recreation for the residents of Chasny.

All veterans of the Great Patriotic War, single and lonely living, elderly citizens are registered, their living conditions are regularly examined. There are no problems with dental prosthetics, provision of disabled people with wheelchairs, medicines. All emerging problems related to the repair of housing, stoves, electrical wiring, installation of fences, processing household plots, and the purchase of fuel are resolved on time.

Memorable places of the district are the subject of special concern of the executive power, institutions and enterprises, labor collectives, the public, an important factor in educational work with children and youth.

To date, 42 norms of the social standard have been fulfilled and are being improved in the district. Free medicine and meals have been preserved in educational institutions for large and low-income families. Employment centers conduct retraining of specialists. Institutions of culture of a new type were opened: the House of Crafts, the House of Folklore, the library of family reading.

Educational institutions have replenished the material and technical base with computer classes and other necessary equipment and technology.
