The main tasks and activities of the Center

 - participation in monitoring the socio-demographic situation and developing proposals for improving social services for the population in the Chashniki district;

- differentiated (by category) accounting of citizens in difficult life situations, determining the forms of social services they need, types of social services;

- Ensuring the implementation of state minimum social standards in the field of social services;

- meeting the needs of citizens in difficult life situations in social services included in the list of free and publicly available social services of state social service institutions within the framework of the norms and standards for providing citizens with services of state social service institutions;

- implementation of functions of guardianship and guardianship in respect of adults who are recognized as incapable or partially capable, in accordance with the Regulations on guardianship and guardianship bodies, approved by the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated October 28, 1999 No. 1676:

- providing citizens in a difficult life situation with other social services introduced by decision of the Founder;

- participation in the distribution of gratuitous (sponsorship) assistance in kind, foreign gratuitous assistance, as well as assistance (donations) received from individuals entering the Center;

- involvement of volunteers for the provision of social services to citizens in difficult life situations;

- implementation of the state social policy on the territory of the Chashnikovsky district to provide social benefits and guarantees to the disabled;

 The state institution "Territorial Center for Social Services for the Population of the Chashniksky District" (hereinafter referred to as the Center) was established by the decision of the Chashniky District Executive Committee dated December 3, 2004 No. 460 "On the Creation of an Institution", registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs No. 390352856.

During the work of the infoline, consultations are not held for legal entities providing audit, legal, consulting and other services.

In order to inform the population on issues of social services, social support and other issues, the State Institution "Territorial Center for Social Services for the Population of the Chashnikovsky District" organized online consultation via Skype, which is held weekly on Mondays from 8.00 to 13.00 and Tuesdays from 10.00 to 12.00 . To obtain the information of interest, you need to dial in Skype “Territorial center of the Chashniksky district”.

     On the basis of the Center, from October 1, 2019, two call centers began to function. The call center is an innovative form for providing information to single citizens of retirement age, single disabled people of groups 1.2, families with disabled children after a difficult life situation. Every single citizen of retirement age, a single disabled person of groups 1.2, families with children -disabled people can apply for questions of interest to them on the second and fourth Friday of the month from 15.00 to 16.00 by the following phones: 8 (02133) 6 22 53 in Chashniki; 8 (02133) 6 38 06 in the village of Krasnoluki.

Dear citizens, we inform you that

The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus, within the framework of the Complex of Measures of the State Program "Health of the People and Demographic Security" for 2021-2025, organized a pilot project in the development of services for the care of young children.

As a pilot project, there is an opportunity to consider the provision of babysitting services on a paid basis:

- families raising two or more children born at the same time, disabled children under 3 years old, in excess of the established standard for the provision of services;

- families in which the mother went to work before the end of parental leave under the age of 3 years and another person does not care for the child; 

- other categories of families raising children under 3 years old who need a babysitting service.
